Kim worked in the APS for Defence for 36 years. During this time, she performed a broad range of functions before finding her niche in the management of contracted training.

Kim has a wealth of experience in Defence and in contract management. Through her recent engagement with ADLC she demonstrated that she could work closely with the team, had exceptional attention to detail and was able to build rapport with the client.
