Joshua leads Lumify’s Careers business, overseeing Lumify Learn and Lumify People. He brings together our education, workforce and consulting capabilities to help people advance their careers and organisations develop the expertise they need to succeed.
With more than 20 years of experience across sales, marketing and customer experience, Joshua has led teams and business transformation initiatives in not-for-profit organisations, ASX 200 companies and private equity-backed businesses. His background also includes senior leadership roles within Registered Training Organisations and the early learning sector.
Joshua is passionate about helping organisations strengthen capability across the workforce development lifecycle from identifying capability gaps and developing talent to embedding specialist expertise and the delivery of complex programs. He works closely with Federal Government and large private-sector clients to address critical workforce priorities and build the skills, expertise and resilience needed for long-term success.
