About the Position

Looking for a contractor to provide schedule management services and functions including:

• Scheduling effort and entry/manipulation of OPP (including collection of status) for month end reporting

• Budget management in OPP, capture of actuals, forecasting for month end reporting

• Review of schedule related deliverables and translation of CMS milestones into the Project IMS

• Review of schedule related deliverables and translation of partners CMS milestones into the Project IMS

• Improving schedule quality to achieve at least 80% assessment using CASG schedule health tool(s)

• Generation of cartoon schedules to support Project and Program Reviews and other governance reviews

• Supporting Phase 3 project scheduling outcomes as above, and including mentoring APS Project Support staff in scheduling tasks, and related SPO activities
