About the Position

Reporting to the Lumify People Operations Manager, we are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Training Manager to manage Lumify People business units’ training contract including scheduling, people, and training logistics requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • With support from the Lumify People Projects Administrator, manage the delivery of our Defence training contract deliverables and Lumify Group trainers. This includes managing training planning, scheduling and delivery and all associated training and logistics activities

  • In consultation with the Lumify People Operations Manager, manage the project scheduling of all other Lumify People consultants working on contracts

  • Day to day management and leadership to Lumify People Trainers and our customer including timely management and resolution of any risks and issues as they arise

  • Manage and monitor the Lumify People Training Contract compliance and provide progress reporting to our customer and the Lumify People Account Director

  • Lead the proactive review, renewal and delivery for any new Lumify People training contracts

  • You understand the importance of customer service and collaborating with your team and customer to develop timely solutions to risks and issues

  • You are self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision

  • You have sound written and oral communication skills, and the capacity to deal with ambiguity and complex problems

  • Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with

Essential Criteria
  • At least 10 years’ experience as a Project Management professional well versed in executing complex scheduling activities

  • Training qualifications or equivalent work experience with a good understanding of the ADDIE lifecycle, Train the Trainer requirements, scheduling training events and managing training logistics activities

  • Experience administering and managing contracts

  • Demonstrated strong proficiency in using Microsoft Project including creating, managing and updating complex delivery schedules, developing project plans and managing resources

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI as well as analytical and reporting skills (including commentary)

  • Experience leading teams and engaging with customers
