About the Position

We are seeking expressions of interest from Integrated Logistic Support Managers working in Defence looking for their next Contract with experience in acquisition and sustainment to align with upcoming opportunities to lead ILS project activities from acquisiton via industry through to service. 


  • Oral and written briefings to project leadership

  • Reviewing for acceptance of contract deliverables within scope

  • Planning and execution of the project’s ILS programme

  • Liaising with internal and external project stakeholders

  • Providing balanced and reasoned advice to the project leadership on the ILS program

  • Supporting contract negotiations with industry

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience in ILS in a project environment

  • Logistics support analysis

  • Lifecycle costing

  • Reliability, maintainability and availability

  • Demonstrated experience in developing project planning documents

  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams

  • Stakeholder engagement and management experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • NV1 security clearance

Desirable Criteria

  • Degree qualifications in an area relevant to the role.

  • Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field

  • Capability lifecycle experience in Defence
