Defence Acquisition Scheduler
Contract Length: 12 months
Security Clearance Requirement: Negative Vetting Level 1
About the Position
We are seeking to engage an experienced Defence Scheduler for an Acquisition Project for a Land project.
The scheduler will be responsible for the following:
Develop, implement and improve the project schedule
Provide accurate and timely schedule reporting
Work collaboratively with partners multiple, geospatially diverse stakeholders to ensure schedules reflect current schedule status.
Participate in project workshops and support acquisitions options development in the project
Identify gaps and opportunities to improve the schedule and reporting
Carry out other Project Controls tasks as required
Project specific tasks will include:
Management of the Project/Product Schedules
CMS Review and Analysis.
CMS to IMS Development
CMS to IMS Integration and Documentation
IMS Integration Development
IMS Report Development
PD Reporting Development and Documentation
Provide input to project managers meetings regarding schedule of activities including MRM, PPR and forward planning for the projects/products
Demonstrated experience in using OPP working on Defence major capital acquisition projects
Qualifications in project support elements relating to Project Management
Demonstrated experience working in environments with Commonwealth information security requirements
